What does "extract complexity" mean? +
Number of canopies, length of vertical and horizontal ductwork runs, fan accessibility, and number of access panels. Simple = one canopy with short straight run; complex = multiple canopies with long routes and roof-mounted fans.
Why is urgency a factor? +
Same-day emergency cleans carry a 20-30% surcharge. Sunday and bank holiday work attracts 10-15%. Standard weekday overnight is the baseline.
